1. Preventive Maintenance |
 |
An installation with an appropriate maintenance allows you to save money speaking in terms of breakdowns, and lengthens the life of the appliances and materials which form it. |

Without doubts, that is the key to generate savings while using such installations, savings which allow you recoup the cost of investments done.In what follows, there is a detailed list of all the activities done periodically to keep installations in perfect conditions:
- General revision of installations, filling a form of their state and anomalies.
- The carrying out of preventive maintenance plannings to keep installations safe.

| Periodicity of Operations and reports |
|
| Different tasks will be carried out according to the particular preventive maintenance planning. Depending on the type of installation, they will be made with a different periodicity: once a week, once a fortnight, once a month or once a year optimizing the human resources in the working hours. |

| Installations may be stopped at any time in order to carry out those maintenance tasks. Our staff will reach a consensus with our clients to stop the engines without affecting the equipment's usual working order. |
|
| When this work is finished, our maintenance staff will give the responsible person in charge of this service – previously chosen by our client- a form in which all the works done and the time spent in them will be specified to be signed. |
|
| Corrective Maintenance, to Repair Faults |
|
This includes all the activities and tasks carried out to keep in operation and in good maintenance any system or installation previously offered. All repairs of any small breakdown in each installation will be covered under the price of the contract. The authorization signed by the responsible person of that service previously chosen by the customer should be done.
The provision of tools and pieces to repair any breakdown will be billable aside, always taking into account the previous authorization by the responsible man or woman of that service previously chosen by the client. |

The procedure to develop in case of a system's breakdown is the following one:
1º The breakdown's detection
2º Establishing the implications of such breakdown. Determining its criticality. These pieces of information will be reported to the client
3º The breakdown's repair.
4º The preparation of an element or system's historical report containing:
• The time spent between the breakdown's detection until the repair of it.
• The time spent in the breakdown's repair.
• Operations done.
• The reason of the breakdown
• Recommendations and actions which should be followed to avoid future breakdowns.
• Materials needed.

2. Integral
Maintenance
|

With respect to the integral maintenance of the installation, Arredondo is responsible for spare pieces and material, repairs for free, preventive maintenance, energy saving for an indefinite period of time and the permanent updating of installations. |
The client does not have to worry about anything. Arredondo will supply everything. |

Arredondo is the main interested one in rationalizing the installation's consumption of energy adapting it to the feature to avoid stops, repairs and unplanned changes in the installations.
A maintenance program of quality (with a fix budget) is more worthwhile than doing repairs continuously (with a budget which is not fix and unknown until the end of the year, or in a one in which the firm has to divert large sums of money – current expenses to invest or viceverse). |

3. Legionella's Treatment and Control |

| Arredondo is registered in the registry office of establishments and pesticide services with the registry number 0289-AND-450, authorized by the Junta de Andalucía to treat and control legionella in installations which involve some risks. |
| The Spanish Royal Decree 865/2003 passed 4th July establishes the criteria related to the hygienic and sanitary conditions to prevent and control legionella in those systems which use water for their working, those ones which produce aerosols and those which are located inside or outside buildings of public use. Besides these, previous criteria also control industrial installations and means of transports which may become an active focus for the propagation of legionella. We work to check all these installations' operations, proofs of service and maintenance. |

| This legal document in its article no 13 establishes that the staff who work in maintenance activities for these installations should be trained, specifically speaking, and do the courses approved by the Ministry of Sanitation and Consumption. |

| Maintenance Program |
|
The maintenance program consists of preventing and controlling legionella through the adoption of hygienic and sanitary conditions and other techniques to implement in the installations of water systems for human consumption and refrigerator towers.
All measurements to carry out within the maintenance program will be applied to conductions, tanks and other systems (taps, atomizers, showers, etc) which are in contact with the water of human consumption, refrigeration towers and evaporative condensers.
- System of cold water for human consumption: network and tank.
- System of sanitary hot water: network and storage heater..
- Refrigeration towers and evaporative condensers.

| The Scope of Maintenance |
|
The maintenance program to prevent and control legionella is specified under the contract of the service: anti-legionella treatment in cold water systems for human consumption and anti-legionella treatment in sanitary hot water systems, air conditioning systems, refrigeration towers and evaporative condensers. The registration of the activities carried out will be written on the book of registry and control of maintenance operations related to hygienic and sanitary conditions. The holders of the installation will have to involve themselves in the implementation of the procedure established to carry out the maintenance program in order to achieve a great control and high prevention of legionella. Once all the works and operations are made by our staff, ARREDONDO will give the client a certificate stating the cleanliness and disinfection of each installation revised. |
